Chyann has a broad background in agriculture that she has fostered since she was a sophomore in high school. She has experience in ornamental horticulture, vegetable crops, tree crops (emphasis on citrus), farm equipment, welding, agricultural research, nursery operations, and public speaking. With the broad background, she uses her ability to think quicky on her feet combined with her previous experience to help meet our customers needs.

Time management and attention to detail are two key skills which Chyann exemplified through graduating with honors in high school and finishing her college degree all while working numerous jobs and volunteering. She continues to volunteer in various organizations that provide aid, knowledge, and scholarships to members of her community.

Chyann shows her strong commitment to her community and our company mission by continuing to volunteer her time with California FFA (Future Farmers of America). She helps plan and judge Career Development Events (held in conjunction with Fresno State) as well as assisting others where needed. The skills she has developed allow her to excel as the Business Manager.

As the first point of contact for some clients, Chyann greets customers with a friendly smile, organizes all office records, and coordinates logistics and scheduling for all staff. To continue to expand her knowledge and learn, Chyann occasionally shadows staff on their assignments.
